Project
The Lee Chapman Archive Project is an initiative to honor and document Lee's life and work.
This website will continue to evolve as we are able to collect and document more material. We are seeking contributions from friends, colleagues, others who knew and worked with Lee or whose lives were somehow touched by her and her work.
Please contact us if you would like to share any of the following. We are interested in material that can be shared on this site, or can be added to a private archive collection offline that may be used for research purposes.
Written remembrances, thoughts, tributes.
Photos of Lee, or places she lived.
Documenting/tracking Lee's work: drawings, paintings, books, ephemera. If you own a work by Lee, we'd like to know about it.
Art scanning project: Only a fraction of Lee's art has been properly scanned/photographed. Most of the work will needs to be scanned with larger format scanners.
We are trying to collect and scan First Intensity books (journal and poetry books), and other journals and book she worked on or is featured in (cover art or drawings featured.)
